As Long As You're Mine.

... I'll make every last moment last.

So uni this semester seems to be more hardcore than last semester.. and I guess 3rd year will be worse. SIGH. Ah well, only a year and a half to go till I get my degree! Assuming that I don't fail anything in the next year and a half that is. =x

So. During the July holidays, I went back home for like, 10 days. 9 actually I think. Whatevs. It was to surprise my dad for his birthday and I must say it worked pretty well, because I made sure to call him from Australia the night before my flight, and poof, the next day I'm at home in Malaysia. So that was pretty cool. 9 days isn't really that long, and I must say I think I made use of those 9 days. First few days - driving mum and the brother around all day. No biggie because driving is SO FUN=D After that was pretty much lunch and dinner appointments with friends up to the day I left for Melbourne again.

Managed to surprise Ruth for her birthday, with Timothy (her brother's) help, had lunches/dinner/movie with peeps from the high school gangs, Michael, Terence, Jia Ming, Chen Han, Leping, Tee Jin, Michelle, Ruth, Shereen, Wei Khai, Jvn Yi, Jeremy, Jo Yee, and I can't quite remember if there was anyone else, whoops. Met up with darling Kimberley as well, which was awesome - good to know that there's someone else who thinks like I do.

All in all, every single lunch, dinner, and outing with my friends reminded me of why they were close friends in the first place, and why we're still close friends now. They reminded me how to be genuine and not have to fake a laugh or a smile, how to have fun in the company of people. Even though I haven't talked to them in over a year, maybe more.. there's somehow still that connection, and I know I can count on them.

Apart from that, since coming back to Melbourne.. well, uni, uni, uni. Blah. Had Flare (dance) camp over the weekend, which was awesomely fun. But I've kind of got a slightly sore throat, which I'm pretty sure is from all the screaming and singing and smoke from the campfire.

More fun coming up, International Commerce Students Society ball in less than 2 weeks.. even thought I'm not in the Commerce faculty=p Most of my Melbourne friends are in it anyway so oh wells!

OOOH by the way, Cadbury has gone Fair Trade!! Old news but it's all on the shelves now which is AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME! No more guilty pleasures, it's fair trade chocolate! =D

And.... now it's time to go to class. Boo=(

Could have, would have, might have.

high school friends will always be special. Probably the only bunch of people you can meet after many years and still talk and laugh about the old times.

Which is why I love my CHS reunions.:)

Treasure them. :)
